This document is an electronic record in terms of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules thereunder as applicable, and the amended provisions pertaining to electronic records in various statutes as amended by the Information Technology Act, 2000. This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures.

This document is published in accordance with the provisions of Rule 3(1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines) Rules, 2011, which require publishing the rules and regulations, privacy policy, and Terms of Use for access or usage of https://www.vidyaastro.in/ including the related mobile site and mobile application (the “Platform”).

The Platform is owned by Vidya Astrology by Brewhouse, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956, with its registered office at 13B Digambar Jain Temple Road, Kolkata 700007 (referred to as “Platform Owner”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

By mere use of the Platform, you shall be contracting with the Platform Owner. These Terms of Use and the applicable policies constitute your binding obligations with the Platform Owner. These Terms of Use can be modified at any time without assigning any reason. It is your responsibility to periodically review these Terms of Use to stay informed of updates.

For the purpose of these Terms of Use, wherever the context so requires, “you”, “your”, or “user” shall mean any natural or legal person who has agreed to become a user on the Platform.

ACCESSING, BROWSING, OR OTHERWISE USING THE PLATFORM INDICATES YOUR AGREEMENT TO ALL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS UNDER THESE TERMS OF USE. PLEASE READ THE TERMS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE PROCEEDING.

• To access and use the Services, you agree to provide true, accurate, and complete information to us during and after registration. You are responsible for all acts done through your registered account.
• Neither we nor any third parties provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness, or suitability of the information and materials offered on this Platform or through the Services for any specific purpose. We expressly exclude liability for any inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law.
• Your use of our Services and the Platform is solely and entirely at your own risk. You are required to independently assess and ensure that the Services meet your requirements.
• The contents of the Platform and Services are proprietary to us and licensed to us. You will not have any authority to claim any intellectual property rights, title, or interest in its contents, including the design, layout, look, and graphics.
• You acknowledge that unauthorized use of the Platform and/or the Services may lead to action against you as per these Terms of Use and/or applicable laws.
• You agree to pay us the charges associated with availing the Services.
• You agree not to use the Platform and/or Services for any purpose that is unlawful, illegal, or forbidden by these Terms, or Indian or local laws that might apply to you.
• The Platform and Services may contain links to third-party websites. On accessing these links, you will be governed by the terms of use, privacy policy, and other policies of those third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content or practices. These links are provided for your convenience only.
• Upon initiating a transaction for availing the Services, you are entering into a legally binding and enforceable contract with the Platform Owner for those Services.

You shall indemnify and hold harmless the Platform Owner, its affiliates, group companies, and their respective officers, directors, agents, and employees from any claim, demand, or actions — including reasonable attorney’s fees — made by any third party or penalty imposed due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, or other Policies, or your violation of any law, rules, regulations, or the rights of a third party (including infringement of intellectual property rights).

Notwithstanding anything contained in these Terms of Use, the parties shall not be liable for any failure to perform an obligation under these Terms if performance is prevented or delayed by a force majeure event.

You must be at least 12 years old to use the Service and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

Vidya Astrology by Brewhouse provides Vedic astrology guidance — horoscope, panchang, kundli-based answers from Vidya, mantras and festival information — through a mobile application and website-based experience. The Service is for guidance and reflection only and does not replace professional medical, legal, financial or psychological advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

The Service is available on a subscription basis at INR 199 per month (Vidya Plus). Subscriptions renew automatically through UPI AutoPay unless cancelled, and payments are handled by third-party payment providers.

You may cancel at any time by cancelling the AutoPay mandate in your UPI app or by emailing us at support@vidyaastro.in. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. We do not offer refunds for partially used subscription periods. See our Refund Policy for details.

• Use the Service for lawful purposes only.
• Do not share your account credentials with others.
• Do not copy, modify, or reverse engineer any part of the Service.
• Do not transmit harmful, illegal, or offensive content using the Service.

All content, design, trademarks, and software are owned by Brewhouse or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use.

The Service is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We do not guarantee accuracy, specific outcomes or predictions, or uninterrupted operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brewhouse and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata, West Bengal, India.
